cropped-stvincentdepaulsocietylogo-useNeighbors Helping Neighbors in Collier County

St. Vincent de Paul, Naples District (SVdP) operates Meals on Wheels and provides Financial Assistance to Working Families in Collier County.

SVdP is funded exclusively through private donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations and receives no funding from the Catholic Church (Diocese of Venice) or any local/state/federal government program.   All monies and household goods donated to SVdP are used exclusively to help Collier County citizens.

SVdP is truly “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” in Collier County.
Thanks to our generous individual, corporate and foundation donors,

  • SVdP Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver over 54,000 meals every year in Collier County to low-income, homebound seniors and disabled citizens. With your help, SVdP will have funds to meet the growing needs of our aging and disabled homebound population.
  • SVdP Financial Assistance to Working Families provides temporary assistance (financial, food, furniture) and guidance to qualified low-income and recently-unemployed Collier County families. Through an extensive qualification process and third-party payments, SVdP ensures struggling families receive help that empowers them to succeed, rather than building dependence.

Please Donate to SVdP: The impact of your donation to SVdP extends far beyond the financial, food or furniture help provided to one homebound senior, disabled citizen, or working family in Collier County.  Employers, landlords, utility providers, and others in our local area are directly impacted when a working family (employee, renter, customer) receives assistance from SVdP.  Through collaboration with SVdP, other Collier County private and public agencies can better allocate their assistance dollars by avoiding duplication thanks to SVdP’s vetting process, Meals on Wheels services, and Financial Assistance program.

SVdP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, as such, your donation may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
